Telkom

I am not really one to complain about anything but sharing of personal information is against the law and against the popi act I am deeply annoyed with the fact that my information was shared with someone who was not me by telkom, my personal business is mine and no one else's that is why it is personal it is only accessed when I have given permission for it to be accessed. Some how the person at telkom had my ID number saved somewhere in order to log into my account and give off personal information because there is no other way to access clients information without the ID number which is very unacceptable it's supposed to be a safe space between the customer and telkom no where is it legal for anyone to access anyone's personal information.

I am extremely irritated and angry. Never recommend telkom in kenilworth centre which is the one next to checkers because there are two in kenilworth centre. Terrible experience.
