TELKOM F***ing UP MY LIFE!!!

<p>I have no contract, sim card, phone, router! Nothing from Telkom! </p> <p>Yet on my credit score I apparently owe "R 1 700" like ***??</p> <p> </p> <p>I did want a router but since it was never delivered or a contract begun, I waited for this so called router for 3 months and to today NOTHING!!! but they have tried to deduct from my account and I reversed becuase I can't pay for something I don't own or even have signed a contract for!!!</p> <p> </p> <p>How is it that th only thing Telkom managed to capture in 3 months were my banking details but not deliver anything to me in that amount of time?!!!</p> <p> </p> <p>I have never received a call, email, sms nothing from Telkom with regards to this, I have to spend my time, money and energy calling and emailing your ***** and customer service people and nobody ever bothers contacting me. I have spend so much money on this whole dispute to the point where I can't give anymore! Every single month I go through this! </p> <p>How is Telkom even allowed to trade in this country when they wrong the people of South Africa so much robbing us of our time in our everyday lives! one time I spent over 3 hrs trying to get ahold of anybody from Telkom that could help me with this! The past 4 months have been hell with Telkom!!! </p> <p> </p> <p>All I need Telkom to do right now is to remove that non-existant debt on my credit score because I don't owe them ANYTHING!!!</p> <p> </p> <p> </p>
