Telkom extremely poor service delivery.

I have registered call ********** 0 on 08 Sat 2018, for internet not working. I have been told on Monday I can take the router to a Telkom shop where it will be tested. I drove 140km to Thavahani Telkom Shop in Thoyandoi. They did not even have a technician and would not swap my router. I call from their shop to the call centre and requested for a technician to come out. Did not get a ref number. I phoned Tuesday, lady said their was nothing on the system that a technician must come out. I requested her to log a call for a technician to come out. She said the number will be sms to me haven't received anything. This is pathetic service. I phoned again on Wednesday and again it was confirmed that it was not logged for a technician to come to my house. I need my internet restored/router replaced if it is u/s. I need a mail address and telephone number plus contact person in Telkom who I can take this matter up with. Telkom your service sucks. And you the management of Telkom is a discrase, you hide behind your call centres. By the way still waiting for the call centre manager of the Gauteng branch to call me. I need a refund for the traveling I had to make Telkom!!!
