Telkom EXTREMELY POOR ISP data speed 0.55Mbps for 10 months
<p>Extremely poor service as I was told they would fix my data speed 10 months ago and nothing has come of it. I cannot believe they were voted best ISP. I would definitely use a different internet service provider as soon as possible and I won't recommend telkom to anyone. Wow thats great you guys respond but feed back ? Say yes or no ? Did or did you not receive my private messages ? I think telkoms customer care is horrible aswell. All they can do is "we have received your complaint and working in it". But they never realy do give you feed back and of course if they do they call you they call you once, the next month they cancel your case number because they could not get hold of you. Great stuff !!!
