Telkom extremely dishonest

This is now my 3rd request on Hello peter<br> Have had 103 requests on social media and also several emails<br> No one is competent nor trained to follow through and actually problem solve<br> The agents here will just again say they Apologise and have escalated They will then just leave the matter as my other two requests and DO NOTHING<br> Just paid computer jockeys POINTLESS<br> Still waiting for a manager to contact me There appears to be no managers or anyone capable at Telkom to assist with two simple issues<br> Please don't bother to Apologise and have get another dishonest lie typed here Unless you read this and are prepared to actually follow this through and are able to do so and can give the managers details and follow up that they resolve This is totally UNACCEPTABLE service by anyone's standards
