Telkom: extremely disappointing

Telkom recently took away my fixed land line.they forced me to make use of their mobile phone facility.They just cut my line, and left me now waiting for three months to receive this new hand set.Telkom and the supposed courier company they are making use of, is really delivering extremely poor qualith service.Despite this, they are quite happy to continue charging me for the "no service". Real poor service. I am almost 75 years old and my Telkom landline is my only connection to the outside world. Deeply dissapointed.
