Telkom extremely bad service...no service

<p>Im not surprised by the uncountable complaints by unhappy customers including myself!! Since September 2017 I've been trying to get assistence in sorting out my account which im paying for every month but been disconnected and still is! The manager at N1 city branch informed the regional manager to call me but to no avail???? Have endless problems with telkom sorting out ny account.&nbsp; Please tell me who is going to assist me and when will this problem be rectify?? Despite paying my contract I've been disconnected since January 2018 and been buying data to which I'm holding Telkom reliable for refunding all monies that was spend in data since january2018 until This is sorted and I'm connected!! This is really sad that it takes 5 months just to solve a query! This is is clearly just ignorance on your side! Please be advised that I'm not going to leave it here I will name and shame Telkom as far as I go!! Please advise is Telkom some type of **** or really what is it? Been with vodacom for many years but they assist and give service to their customers. Please treat this as extremely urgent as I'm going to take this further.</p>
