Telkom - extremely bad service and unprofessional

Telkom has charged me for devices they said they providing for free along with a promotion, I even canceled the debit order twice but they still debited my account. Telkom you have the worst services, you are really disgusting. If anyone needs home Fibre or even a cellphone contract please try another service provider, you will pay triple the amounts you supposed to pay to telkom because of the bad services, calling the customer care is really just a waste of time.
