Telkom extremely bad customer care service

Have been calling, sending emails and have been to the shop and i have no confirmation whether my query has been resolved.

This company doesn't respond to queries at all. It seems like they train the staff to do so because they refuse to help you in person and their call centre agents drop calls.

Hectic I tell you. Stay away from Telkom.
