Telkom ******s money from customers by making it difficult to cancel services

I've been trying to cancel a mobile contract since June this year. I first made the application online and got a reference number. The useless call center keeps saying they escalated the matter whenever I inquire. After some time, one agent said I should do it again by physically filling a form and sending it back to her; I did and still nothing! I'm still in the contract and this is exactly how they handled the issue I had with incorrect billing last year - bunch of morally ******* *******!
