Telkom Express Store in Cresta

Hi l took out a 99rand contract with Telkom Express on 24 January and asked to port my own number to that contract and until today l do not have contact with my number from my clients including the bank Now how will l generate an honest income when Telkom is so contract sales blinded that they sign anything even if it hurts your pocket so how will l be able to pay my bills including Telkom if l cannot or my clients cannot access me please advise my number in question is *** l am getting tired of going to the express store in Cresta as l just get promises that it will work two days than one day while l lose money is it a do not know business? Highly disappointed need legal advise thanks
