Telkom Express Shop Woodburn Square Pietermaritzburg

Tuesday the 30th of April 2023 i bought R200 airtime from the telkom express shop 8 & 9 in Woodburn Square Pietermaritzburg at around lunch time i read out my cellphone number to the lady assisting me she captured it onto their system she gave me a slip i left as i was about to leave the shopping complex i noticed my airtime is not coming through then i checked the slip only to noticed that the number was captured incorrectly, went back to the shop immediately and they promised to resolve my issue before the end of the day. The next day went back there since i hadn't received the sms confirming that the airtime has been loaded, they then promised to escalate the matter and that i would receive my airtime within 3 to 5. Then again after 5 days Monday the 6th of May went back to the shop now they sending me back & fourth they tell me they will escalate the matter again and write an email to they head office to resolve the matter now am confused cause that what they told me the first time around and now when i call the shop they giving me stories, it seems like they not willing to resolve this issue it now really frustrating and unprofessional.
