Telkom Express poor service

Found real "couldn't care less" aptitude when visting Telkom Express store Highveld Mall. Had a problem with the battery of my landline phone. I took the battery to see if I can buy a new one, but was told they don't keep batteries. When asking for a referal to a supplier, was told that they don't know.
