Telkom Express N1 City: Riaan is a hero!!!

I would like to thank Riaan from the Telkom Express store at N1 city for being one of the only people at Telkom who actually prides themselves in customer service. I have been having endless issues with trying to upgrade my phone. Also, I have 4 upgrade requests pending for your agents to call me back and that was logged about 3 months ago. Riaan, I have so much gratitude for you, You keep your promises to contact the customer when you say you will; you ensure that you follow up with them and you definitely deliver on your promises. I wish the rest of Telkom could learn from you! Thank you once again.
