TELKOM EXPRESS - N1 CITY REVIEWS I would like recommend GAVIN HENDRICKS from Telkom Express N1 City for excellent client service, above and beyond normal client service received. I have 4 contracts with Telkom, so I have dealt with them often before. I went into the N1 City to cancel my Multisims, as I went in 2 previous times to - to 2 different branches - to have it activated with no success, even after numerous lengthy phone enquiries. Instead of cancelling , Gavin looked at my contract, and saw the type of contract which was sold to me didn't allow for a Multisim - although I asked for this! He then had the contract changed to allow for a Multisim, and even had it activated withinn the promised timeframe, and - importantly - without me having to go into a Telkom branch again. I was extremely impressed with such dedicated, friendly and helpful client service, which I have seldom encountered before, at Telkom, or any other Mobile supplier. In Gavin's words .. "Just trying my best to be the best for customers" With such dedicated staff, there's hope for Telkom - I will stick with them.
