Telkom Explora Packages

I signed up for the Telkom contract where I was supposed to receive a DSTV Explora decoder with my ADSL package. When installation was complete I did not receive the Explora. On enquiry I was told that there is no stock and others have been waiting for months.<br> <br> This is unacceptable as one of the main selling points for that particular package is the Explora decoder otherwise I would have opted for a month to month package instead of getting into a 24 month contract with Telkom.<br> <br> It is shocking that Telkom would continue marketing this package when they know that they do not intend on delivering.
