Telkom exploiting customers. Telephone line and data has been dead for over a month.

Hello I have reported a complaint to telkom about my telephone line being down along with my WiFi. It has been over month and nothing has been done. I am paying for a service which I'm not receiveing. I have complained to them saying that I will be complaining to hello peter. Telephone no. ********** 400 ref. ********** 8.
