Telkom expired

After receiving several outstanding balance messages, my husband went to Telkom Kenilworth and Tokai to proof we paid. Still my phone get cut off. System error!!!! Today my balance is due 01Feb but my phone is off. Honestly, not renewing my contract with Telkom. Way pass their expiry date. Oh and it's the second time I get cut. Not even a late payment. The inconvenience.....
