Telkom Experience

While chatting to two agents online, they disconnected me and pushed me to the Telkom Web page. I can't wait for my contract to end within the next 2 months. I want nothing to do with Telkom. They disconnect my internet and tell me lies about why my router is not working, causing me to lose days of work and all they can say is sorry. I'm done with this pathetic company. If anyone reading this is considering signing up with Telkom, I suggest you rather watch 7de Laan instead of dealing with them. Worse ISP ever and there is nothing that they can do to improve. This comes from someone who actually always gave great feedback about Telkom to anyone, but lately, they've caused me so much grief and all that they can say is we do apologise.
