Telkom is a nightmare to rectify account problems, STAY FAR AWAY FROM THEM, once you signed up with them, your problems start, it is more than a nightmare to try and get a query solved. Their online service for queries is nothing more than an artificial and false soundboard with the false promises we will get back to you, weeks go pass, query after query, brings you nowhere. There is no business interest in clients. Don't get hooked and reeled in by this service provider with signing up on mobile services / contracts with their *********** systems and poor business client relations.
