Telkom - excuses, excuses

Absolutely shocking - without internet now for more than a month - loosing business during these challenging times. Their response - “we are working on it - it has been escalated”. The technicians attending to the fault are very polite and friendly - I believe it is the Telkom systems that are letting them, and us as users down.
