Telkom Excellent service

<p>Been trying to phone the callcenter the last 2 days and no one picks up the phones logged a call with telkom 2 weeks ago and still not resolved ... yester day abtelkom technician came and gave my neighbors (left and right from me ) a temp fix to restore their service but im still sitting without telephone lines and adsl ? Why was I excluded from this temp fix? If the thecnician was at my premises why didnt he phone me ? I was at home the entire day yesterday. I NEED MY SERVICE RESTORED TODAY !!! </p>
