Telkom excel in pathetic and poor service delivery

Probably the worst ISP ever. Another government institute, which like all the rest is not only useless but super pathetic. I urge everyone reading this to never sign up with them as you will have more problems and complaints than joy. I wish telkom would just close down or at least get some competent staff to handle a business they clearly can't run. I was **** to by Sherries Arries (***) a telkom consultant who talked me into upgrading our business account to receive discounts on call packages, only to find that now I'm paying even more than before after she told me that we would be saving money. Now she is not even responding to her emails and still haven't addressed my problem. I think this is ********* business practice and will be cancelling all our telkom subscriptions. PLEASE STAY AWAY FROM THESE IDIOTIC ******* !!!
