TELKOM EVENT BILLING USAGE

Hi I did not subscribe to any service linked to Telkom, Since August I've been billed extra to my Telkom account linked to 081......7 under Event Billing Usage, Called telkom in early October about this and they assured me that it wont happen again, To my surprise my invoice for Nov includes this Event billing again, Please reverse the charges on this invoices under Event Billing, The agent couldn't even tell me when I subscribed to this,
