Telkom - Event Billing??????????

I have never received such terrible service from a company ever! I am being charged excessively for "Event Billing" something I have never used and never signed up for. I have tried contacting customer support numerous times with each consultant giving me a different answer, as well as cancelling this service a 100 times yet still seeing it on my bill every month.

Can someone from Telkom help!!
