Telkom Ethics Department - No reaction!!!

Telkom Ethics Department!!! They read some of your emails, but don't respond after months of correspondence and a promise of a refund after 5 working days ... this was on the 2nd October. It seems no one takes responsibility for a case to see it through to the end. Modern business is such that now you can't go and sit in front of a person and have your case sorted out. You correspond via emails and eventually get no replies. COVID-19 can't be used as an excuse for slack work.
