Telkom - escalated fees

Good day, please can Telkom explain to me why my June invoice is charged with an extra R300 - why have the escalated my fees? they have offered to give us extra 5mbps free of charge - what is going on with these people? There are many competitors out there.. Telkom is really losing my confidence in them
