telkom errors

Please can someone help me its been 2 days we have internet and wifi at home which goes of on debit order and now they made a mistake by taking 2 months fees and now this month did not go of and the suspended our account due to no payment I went now and made a manual payment and its been 2 days and no results. the consultants can also not help me.
