Telkom errors

I’ve had the worst experience with Telkom. I’ve been overcharged and I’ve called numerous times to correct my account and the consultant keeps on telling me that it will be escalated and they’re unable to provide me with a case number, so I cannot follow up. I am now being called by collections for money that I don’t owe. Their service is honestly so disgusting and disappointing. I would not recommend Telkom to anyone.
