Telkom error - months past and still not rectified...

The telephone number was cancelled in error by Telkom in December 2018, in an attempt to rectify the problem and activate the old number they have installed other numbers (twice). Since December going to the branch more than 15 times standing in a queue where they do not cater for elderly people, standing for hours on end. Telkom has no idea the inconvenience caused when you rely on your telephone as your only way of communicating to friends and family from far and the time to go each time to the branch just to waste more time that you will never get back.
