TELKOM EQUILS HATERED AND RAGE

Telkom DOES NOT DESERVE EVEN 1 STAR. Between the numbers 10210 and 10213 NO ONE KNOWS WHO IS SUPPOSED TO BE GIVEN CUSTOMERS INFORMATION!!! It takes me more than 3 months to resolve queries on my account. I am being referred from 1 department to the next but no one knows what should the answer be or what should be done. Just to get a copy of my contract is confusing to TELKOM. I HAVE NEVER EVER EXPERIENCED SUCH INCOMPETANCE AND WOULD NEVER EVER EVER REFER TELKOM TO ANYONE
