Telkom.....enough said

<p>Can anyone tell me who to speak to or bribe at Telkom to get some service. You cant get hold of anyone with any clout and the team leader doesnt even bother calling you back. App**** for line to be moved mid November and after an unsuccessful attempt, numerous calls and assurances i get told they cancelled the order because they couldnt supply me with line speed of 2 megs.......I do live in Sandton so it is a bit off the beaten track.... After reinstating the order they say its new so i have to wait like anyone else, ask for Manager get team leader he doesnt call back ask for him to get a senior Manager to call OR call me back if thats not possible and still waiting, sent a mail to complaints and no response. seems like no one actually cares its very frustrating. On the up side the service received from the offices and technician in CPT was fantastic, they really went out of their way, seems like a different company now that im back in JHB. can anyone help, pretty please....</p>
