TELKOM ENCOURAGING CABLE THEFT

I don't know whether this complain should be directed at Telkom or to the company doing the cabling for Telkom in Tembisa. The issue here is, cables are ****** every time along the BRT road under contraction. It is shocking how exposed these cables are. This company is digging everywhere, breaking water pipes, Internet cables and power cable leaving everything exposed overnight, encouraging this crime. Telkom is a big company, they need to start thinking ahead of these ********* and stop encouraging cable theft with this shady work going on. We are sick tired of constant service interruption and weeks and weeks of waiting.
