Telkom encourages ***** apparently

Please advise how to get in touch with someone regarding a legal matter. Online chat no longer seems to work. In store says I must call the call center and the call center says Telkom does not have a legal department or supervisors.

Please have someone get in touch with me about a Telkom client committing ***** which is impacting me directly and financially. If a subpoena is required then please contact me to discuss how we should go about it.
