Telkom emty promises

1st . Took a 20MBPS Fiber deal from Telkom the Vumatel deal . Included in this deal is a integrated sim with 3gb data. I have this fiber deal now almost 3 months and have been at Telkom Canal Walk 5 times to pick up my sim and every time they cant issue it . They say its a system error. So I am paying for a service yet i do not get all of it. You want your money yet you don't deliver Wat i am paying for . The store can also never find me on the system due to some idiot at the Canal Walk store loading me on the old system .

2.Nd Upgraded my cell contract. Signed the paperwork . No stock on the phone. Was told this Wens day . The was told Thursday. And today Friday still no phone. Its the Huawei Mate 10 Pro. Canal Walk store say its the warehouse .I want my phone . I have already signed my upgrade forms . Dont promise me and you cant deliver.
