TELKOM EMPTY PROMISES - WORST SERVICE EVER ENCOUNTERED

<p>I bought a 10 + 10gb lte package with router which was delivered to me on 8 Nov 16. It worked for 3 hours after which it malfunctioned. Many many calls later and lists of reference numbers later I've only had promises of actions. To date nothing has happened... the faulty router is still with me nearly a month later. I am still awaiting confirmation of a cancelled deal but nothing happens. If I don't get a satisfactory answer from Telkom before COB Thu 1 Des 16 and a deduction against my bank account goes through on 2 Dec 16 I'll have no option other than handing the matter over to my lawyer.</p>
