TELKOM EMPTY PROMISES CANT RETURN CALLS SERVICE -WHAT SERVICE

last saterday my voucher would not go on the new wireless phone so I phoned the number to try to put the voucher on the lady put the voucher on BUT it never went on so I phoned back only to be told that the phone is now deactivated. Ihave phoned everyday for this whole week and nobody seems to understand the problem or I am told that the voucher has been used impossible because they can see that I havenot phoned anyone. I HAVE ALL THE NAMES DATES AND TIMES OF THE PEOPLE THAT I HAVE SPOKEN TO SO FAR. I HAVE NOT LOST MY TEMPER YET YOU CAN LISTEN TO ALL MY CALLS. PLEASE is there not just one person who can put my R100 voucher on my phone Iam a pensioner and cannot afford to loose this money, HOW MUST I PAY FOR THE YEARS RENT IF THE PHONE IS NOT TAKING THE VOUCHERS EVEN WHEN YOU PUT IT ON , DONT TAKE THIS PHONE AWAY FROM US BECAUSE OF YOUR MISTAKES IWANT TO PAY BUT THE PHONE DOSE NOT ACCEPT THE VOUCHERS WHEN ARE THE SUPERVISIORS GOING TO RETURN THE CALLS PROMISED
