Telkom empty promises
I was at the Telkom Vaal Mall branch on the 3rd of january to apply for the real deal adsl special that was running. All the forms where completed and sent through. They advised me after the second time of going to the store and waiting in the line for an hour that all was on track and that they see i have migrated my line from mweb to Telkom. I should wait for the store manager to call me and the installation will take place after a week or 2. It is now the 7th of February. Store manager hasnt bothered to call. Installation never took place. Deal is now over and i am stuck without being able to work as they advised me to cancel my line with mweb and now i have no adsl for over a month.
Unacceptable service from the Vaal Mall branch . And from Telkom!
