Telkom employees stil on leave ?

We have reported our business landline number out of order from 22nd December 2017 . Since then we keep getting **** to that a technical person will come out to view the line in the area. I have had tests done from telkom side n time n time again .we call n keep getting bull****ed about the employees on leave n nobody can fix the line? Is the one person doing this job in Duban area? Or the staff are too lazy to file the urgency on the complaint. We have lost so much of business due to this fault. N it' continues to the lack of service. How can this be rectified it's already 3weeks !!!
