Telkom employees lying about suspending ADSL services

What ever you do - stay away from Telkom. On the 24th of last month I called to report a fault and the technician told me as of 1 March, Telkom is suspending all copper services - I had 2 ADSL contracts. 12 phone calls later and a confirmation from the billing department, I canceled the services as Telkom will no longer provide ADSL. Apparently both employees **** to me as their ADSL services has not been suspended and I'm stuck with the penalties of the 2 contracts. I was further assured that they stopped the debit ortder - which was not the case.
