Telkom employees committing *****

I had a technical issue regarding the data running out on my number. I went to the telkom shop in Blue Route Mall. I am not the account holder, however, they increased the limit on the account from R1000 to R2000 without getting authorization from my husband. He is now refusing to pay this amount because according him they committed a ********** transaction and wants to take legal action
