Telkom employees are full of **** (useless)

Telkom is so not helpful at all. They cut off my services yet i have paid my bills you call them they answer after 30minutes to tell you nonsense with escalating the matters. Supervisor such as Nokuthula Ngozo are just useless employees rhey never call when they say they will call and never do.
