Telkom Employee of the Month

Telkom gets many bad reviews but today I was pleasantly surprised. A business "Change of Ownership" request was sent through on 19 Aug and of course not processed. Called in today (15 Oct) and spoke to a wonderful Telkom employee, who was so efficient and helpful. She processed the request right away on the phone. 5 Stars to NU MOLEFE !! You are an asset to your company. :-)
