telkom employee

I am a loyal customer of Telkom.A family member of mine who is the manager at the telkom branch in the Phoenix plaza has blocked my number with out my knowledge or consent. How can telkom hire people with this level of immaturity. I don't understand how telkom can allow something like this to go on. Please assist with this issue.
