Telkom Emergency Airtime Restrictions

Telkom is a good service provider, today it's getting a poor service review for only one reason, it's emergency airtime has too many restrictions, when you request emergency airtime you expect that your borrowed airtime will be yours to do as you want with it, but that is not the case with Telkom emergency airtime, the company has great offering with data plans, voice but the emergency airtime is not allowing the customers who borrow airtime from the service provider to buy data or voice with it, Telkom puts a restriction that the airtime should only be used to call only also charge R1 extra for this restrictive control over spending habits, now the service provider allows emergency data which solves the problem partially but one should do as they please with their airtime.
