Telkom email service unreliable

Hellopeter needs to provide a 0 stars option. That would be appropriate for Telkom. Very bad service. Important emails did not arrive in December 2019. No notification of non-delivery, either to me or the sender. I have repeatedly asked for a call from a manager. No response. Yesterday the email service was erratic. Some senders received 'undeliverable' messages. Some emails have not arrived. No apology to customers from Telkom. If I complain to *** I get mostly no answer, and sometimes really stupid answers.
