Telkom email not working

Would someone at Telkom please assist? I have not been able to use my Telkom email address for over a month! Numerous calls to Telkom have been of no help whatsoever. At one point I managed to talk to someone who sounded as if they cared and they gave me a fault number which is 364 525. This was given to me last week (Wednesday) and they said someone would contact me within 24 hours. My faulty email address is *** Please will someone look into this for me?
