Telkom email is a waste of time

Telkom email doesn't work. Problem recurs every 8-10 weeks, and every time I Phone in to complain and ask for it to be rectified, I am told by the call centre agent that there is no problem and that everything is working correctly even though we have not received emails from some contacts for 6 months now. This poor service is ridiculous. Staff are seemingly *********** and not interested in sorting out legitimate issues.
