Telkom EMail Inbox Gone

Last week my email history in my Inbox and all Folders disappeared for no apparent reason. <br> I have been trying unsuccessfully to get hold of Telkom to resolve this issue. This email address has been used by me for more than 5 years there are valuable emails that I urgently require. <br> Today I finally get through to the call centre and they tell me my mailbox cannot be recovered! What! Something on their system deleted everything, not my problem! Don't you keep back-ups?<br> This needs to be resolved and Urgently.
