Telkom email disaster

It is as if Telkom is now again a State owned Enterprise, where service is not required. Telkom decided to upgrade their email system in the middle of July. They warned you to back up your email in case it is lost due to the upgrade. The system was always unstable in the past and poor, but after the upgrade it is most of the time not available and you are unable to receive or send emails. I am unable to log a call because we do not have a telephone number (requirement) to log an email failure problem. I did notice many people complaining on the internet of their failed email system. I can not find out when the email would be functioning. I am now exploring and planning moving away from Telkom email services because it impacts my business negatively. Shame on you Telkom.
